Bio – Steve Furman

Steve Furman is the founder of Humanetic Consulting Services, Inc. He has worked extensively since 1989 in business and human performance optimization, and coaching C-level executives and their leadership teams at both middle-market and multinational companies.

Steve believes that performance optimization work must be approached from a whole systems perspective, taking into account and applying data from: the business environment, people and work processes. A businessman first and foremost, Steve also possesses great perspective and is a talented communicator.

Prior to entering the consulting and coaching field, he served as a marketing planner, corporate financial manager and operations manager. His insightful work has allowed many corporations to reap tremendous financial benefits and run more deliberately successful organizations. Steve is especially adept at business, team and human performance optimization, executive coaching and leadership development, succession planning, strategic planning and the development and application of tools for measuring business and human performance. Unlike many consultants, he is able to apply his unique insights in ways that translate meaningfully from the very top of an organization to the very bottom.
